    Stu, the Director of Business Development, shares, "When Property Valet started, we were offering seasonal rentals and managing properties for homeowners, but our big shift came when we realized there was a huge opportunity to offer a high-quality vacation rental management service. Today, we're focused on providing exceptional experiences not only for homeowners but also for guests who stay in these properties."

    Property Valet’s offerings extend beyond just rental management; the team works with local partners to curate custom packages for guests, helping them to enjoy the very best of the Blue Mountain area. Jenny, Manager of Marketing, highlights, "Our marketing efforts focus on bringing these experiences to life. We leverage social media and digital platforms to showcase not just the property but the full experience of staying in one of our homes."

    Expanding to New Markets

    While Property Valet started in Blue Mountain, the company has expanded to new locations such as Mont-Tremblant and Revelstoke. With more markets on the horizon, the company's ability to scale is evident in the growth of its offerings. "We’ve seen amazing growth over the past few years, and our expansion into Mont-Tremblant and Revelstoke allows us to offer our services in resort destinations beyond Blue Mountain," shares Stu. "Our focus is always on delivering high-quality homes, excellent service, and local experiences for each guest."

    A new service offering, Hostworks, was also introduced to help homeowners outside of Blue Mountain manage their vacation rentals. Hostworks allows homeowners in areas like Muskoka and Toronto to receive the same high-quality management services Property Valet offers while they handle their own housekeeping and maintenance. This product has given the company a mobile solution to grow its presence in new markets.

    The success of Property Valet is deeply intertwined with the local Blue Mountain community. "We’re part of the fabric of this community," says Stu.
